As the Maintenance and Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance, installation, and repair of building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, generators, and elevators. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise and leadership skills who can ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for building installations and services.
- • Oversee the installation, servicing, and repair of plumbing systems.
- • Maintain, troubleshoot, and service HVAC systems.
- • Ensure proper operation and routine maintenance of generators.
- • Supervise elevator maintenance and coordinate with certified service providers.
- • Schedule and assign work to maintenance technicians.
- • Maintain service records, logs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- • Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency repair requests.
- • Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers.
- • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project operations.
- • Train and mentor maintenance staff to maintain high work standards.
- • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building installation and maintenance.
